Role & responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

* Understand business requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/clients to fulfill manpower needs.

* Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.

* Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability (skills, experience, culture fit).

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with business leaders and provide timely feedback.

* Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, client standards, and BFSI regulatory guidelines.

* Represent Bayleaf HR Solutions at career fairs, campus drives, and networking events.

* Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a trusted HR partner.

* Provide regular recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and hiring status updates.
