- Manage and monitor day-to-day system administration activities, including desktop & server support, user access, and network stability
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls)
- Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Linux/Windows servers
- Participate in infrastructure automation using Ansible and shell/Python scripting
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure high availability and uptime
- Collaborate with development teams to support build, release, and deployment cycles
- Perform routine backups, patching, and security updates across systems
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for the internal knowledge base

Skills & Competencies Required:

- Fundamental understanding of Networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, OSI Model)
- Familiarity with Operating Systems, Windows & LINUX
- Exposure to Python / Shell scripting
- Awareness about LLM (Large Language Models) is preferable
- Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to multi-domain technical environments
