We are looking for a CAE R&D; Engineer with hands-on experience in LS-DYNA and modeFRONTIER to support advanced simulation and design optimization projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CAE simulations using LS-DYNA.
- Build and execute Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Develop optimization workflows using modeFRONTIER.
- Create and validate Reduced Order Models (ROM) and surrogate models (metamodels).
- Analyze simulation results and recommend design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on R&D; initiatives.
Required Skills
- Solid experience with LS-DYNA.
- Hands-on experience with modeFRONTIER.
- Expertise in DOE (Design of Experiments).
- Experience in ROM (Reduced Order Modeling).
- Experience building surrogate models / metamodels.
- Good understanding of CAE, FEA, and design optimization.
- Python or MATLAB scripting is a plus.
