Key Responsibilities

- Verify all jewellery received from vendors against purchase invoices.
- Perform product tagging by checking the physical weight and seal inscription of each jewellery item.
- Ensure accurate entry of product details such as weight, purity, design code, stone details (if applicable), HSN code, and pricing into the inventory system.
- Cross-check system entries with purchase invoices to ensure complete accuracy.
- Verify purchase rates and values against the company's approved master price list.
- Identify and report discrepancies in weight, pricing, purity, quantity,



or product specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve purchase-related discrepancies.
- Maintain proper purchase records, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory controls, and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of purchase and pricing information.
- Support the Purchase Manager with day-to-day procurement and inventory activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Graduate candidates are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
