About the Role

BigBasket is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Alliance Executives to expand our retail network and strengthen business relationships with retail partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail tie-ups, ensuring product availability, and executing market activation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Expand and develop the retail and supermarket partner network.
- Establish, maintain, and manage retail tie-ups to drive business growth.
- Achieve sales targets through effective retail channel management.
- Handle FMCG products, BigBasket own grocery brands, Fruits & Vegetables, and branded grocery products.
- Ensure adequate stock availability and proper product display across assigned outlets.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, market campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
- Build and maintain robust business relationships with retailers and customers.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely replenishment and visibility of products in covered outlets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Sales, Distribution, or Channel Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
