Job description

- Recommend appropriate lenses, frames, and optical products based on customer needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and deliver a superior in-store experience.
- Achieve store sales targets and drive business growth.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity.
- Maintain inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stock loss.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and comply with optical and company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.




- Coordinate with Area Managers and support functions to ensure smooth store operations.
- Build robust customer relationships to improve repeat business and customer satisfaction.
