Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve yarn export targets.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Address and resolve any sales-related issues or disputes promptly.

Key Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive candidate for a front-end export sales position, ideally with prior experience in handling export sales in the Global markets.

1. Textile Engineer with 5 to 10 years of sales experience in Yarn
2. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple demands and meeting deadlines.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
4. Ability to interface with management at all levels and across cultures.
5. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve goals.
6. Experience in working towards and exceeding sales targets.
7. Successfully represented the organization in client meetings across international locations
8. Strong sales closing skills and Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
9. Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
