Job Summary

We are looking for a highly professional and customer-focused Premium Admission Counsellor to manage high-value parent interactions and admission processes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with premium hospitality brands such as Taj Hotels or other luxury/premium brands, with strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle premium parent enquiries and provide an exceptional admission experience.
- Counsel parents regarding curriculum, facilities, programs, and admission procedures.
- Conduct personalized campus tours and explain school offerings professionally.
- Build strong relationships with prospective parents and maintain regular follow-ups for admission conversion.
- Coordinate admission documentation and onboarding processes efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.
- Support admission events, parent engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.




- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for seamless admission operations.
- Maintain accurate admission records and prepare reports as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Bachelors Degree.
- Prior experience in premium hospitality, luxury brands, admissions, customer relations, or client servicing roles preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Taj Hotels or other premium/luxury brands will be highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Professional appearance and presentation skills required.
