Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Review drawings, BOQ, and construction plans for accurate implementation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization at the site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction regulations.
- Coordinate with the project engineer and consultants for project requirements.
- Verify measurements and assist in contractor bill checking.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain quality control and minimize construction defects.
