Role & responsibilities

We seek a AI Developer with experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation

(RAG) architectures, specifically leveraging Azure AI services. The ideal candidate

will build and support mission-critical intelligent chatbot solutions, directly engaging

with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbot solutions utilizing Azure

OpenAI services.

• Develop RAG-based solutions integrating unstructured data and structured

enterprise databases.

• Create document ingestion pipelines from platforms like SharePoint into

Azure Cognitive Search.

• Ensure context-aware, role-specific responses based on user access profiles.

• Integrate chatbots with platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical architects for

solution architecture and deployment.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Python programming





• Expertise with RAG frameworks and LLM-based assistant development

• Experience building document ingestion pipelines (SharePoint preferred)

• Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Search and Azure OpenAI APIs

• Knowledge of access control and security compliance mechanisms

• Solid debugging and troubleshooting abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure Function Apps

• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone)

• Familiarity with Teams Bots, Power Automate, or UiPath

• Understanding of MLOps and model fine-tuning

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact with business teams

• Problem-solving mindset; ability to work independently

• Ability to document solutions and knowledge transfer to internal teams
