Key Responsibilities:

- Updating & checking pipeline data, including cross checking with other business teams to verify funding date, allocations, spread, OID, EBITDA, LTV etc.
- Checking to ensure the pipeline details are populated correctly for deals that have progressed through further stages.
- Handling weekly and monthly deliverables, meeting the given timelines.
- Updating holdings data from reports into the deployment backup file, on weekly basis.
- Prepare monthly one-pagers and fund monthly deck immediately post the NAV is made available.
- Updating of fund monthly returns bridge model with latest results.
- Support in preparation of European portfolio management deck, in updating back up, refreshing charts and coordinating across teams for inputs.
- Support in preparation of Board pack, updating support files and ensuring pack is ready for circulation
- Updating fund model, on monthly basis, and handling reconciliation of key figures
- Monitoring regularly for the pipeline and the related data, verifying and flagging with respective teams on any data issues
- Providing support on any other ad hoc request, as required.
