The Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive designs, coordinates, and delivers training interventions that build employee capability and support business performance. The role includes conducting training needs analysis, developing learning content, facilitating sessions (classroom and digital), administering the Learning Management System (LMS), and evaluating program effectiveness.

Role & responsibilities

Training needs analysis: Partner with business leaders and managers to identify capability gaps and prioritise training interventions.

Programme design and delivery: Support the development and facilitation of onboarding, leadership programmes, workshops, and e-learning modules.

Content development: Create and update learning materials, participant guides, and digital resources using tools such as Adobe Captivate.

Evaluation and reporting: Measure training effectiveness through feedback and surveys, analyse outcomes, and recommend improvements.

Vendor coordination:



Coordinate with external trainers and training partners for specialised programmes.

MIS reporting: Prepare and share periodic MIS reports on training coverage, participation, and key metrics with stakeholders.

Administration: Manage training calendars, nominations, communications, records, and LMS updates; support budget tracking and vendor documentation as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in education, Human resources, or psychology or a related discipline.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training.

Knowledge: Understanding of adult learning principles, blended learning approaches, and e-learning/LMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Captivate, SuccessFactors).

Core skills: Robust communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management; proficiency in MS Office.
