Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

5 - 10 years of hands-on experience

Certification: Must have active Workday Certification

Workday Implementation/Support experience of at least two projects.

Experience in Workday Core HCM, Core & Advance Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management & Time Tracking.

Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on the above-mentioned modules.

Workday – EIB, Studio, PECI, WECI Document Transformation, Core HCM / Advantages / Payroll

Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT / XML, Web Services API

Should have experience in designing and developing EIB’s, Studio, xslt, DT, PECI

Understanding of any industry would be a plus

Excellent Communication Skills

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
