Role Expectations

Digital Expertise:

a) Drive SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing

b) Build impactful and engaging digital content library for various touch points including ad campaigns, GMB, search, website, SMS, Whatsapp

c) Research, Design and Evaluate competitor digital activities to constantly improve the existing processes and platforms.

d) Contribute to building and optimizing digital marketing processes and platforms to ensure KPIs are met

e) Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Digital Asset Management:

f) End to End Ownership of identified platforms which include Website, GMB, CRM, Whatsapp, SMS, Email or any other newly launched platforms initiate new developments, launching of new platforms, planning & execution of optimization strategies, ongoing management of platforms

g) Ensuring a stellar and successful digital experience for customers, ensuring that each touchpoint of the customer journey is not only effective but engaging as well.

h) Develop and execute continuous optimizations through visual design, content,



backend platform management, data architecture

Relationship Management:

i) Ensure a seamless digital customer experience by working collaboratively with internal IT teams, internal sales teams and third party website, creative & digital marketing agencies

Data Management:

j) Be the central driver of digital marketing KPIs by providing insights on digital marketing performance through regular monitoring, reporting, and analysis of data

k) Analyzing consumer behavior on all platforms and provide insight by monitoring customer interactions for insights and data.

Preferred candidate profile

- Min 5 years experience of a MBA from a Reputed Institute, who has handled Digital Marketing campaigns, CRM, data analysis.
- Has experience of working in a digital marketing agency or experience in solid coordination with digital marketing agencies.
- Must be adept in usage of all current and relevant digital tools.
