- Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure timely disbursement of loans to customers.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, appraisal, and evaluation of loan applications.
- Develop and implement effective credit policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan processing.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in retail loan operations or credit management in an NBFC industry.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language is required.
- Proven track record in managing teams and ensuring effective credit underwriting processes.
