We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Jewellery Inventory & Quality Control Executive to handle gold, diamond, and other precious jewellery items. The role involves jewellery handling, quality inspection, inventory management, stock reconciliation, tagging, labeling, and supporting day-to-day showroom or operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Jewellery Handling

- Handle gold, diamond, and other jewellery items carefully during receiving, packing, storage, movement, and display.
- Ensure safe and secure storage and movement of precious jewellery items within the workplace.
- Assist in arranging jewellery for showroom display and internal operational processes.
- Follow all company procedures related to the handling and security of valuable items.

Quality Control

- Inspect jewellery pieces for defects, damage, scratches, finishing issues, or discrepancies.
- Check product quality against company standards before dispatch, storage, or showroom display.
- Identify and report quality issues or discrepancies to the concerned supervisor.
- Ensure jewellery items meet required quality and presentation standards.

Inventory Management





- Maintain accurate records of jewellery stock and inventory.
- Assist in physical stock counting, stock verification, and reconciliation.
- Update inventory records and ensure proper tagging, labeling, and identification of jewellery items.
- Support the receiving of new stock and verify quantities against relevant documents.
- Report stock discrepancies and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.

General Operational Support

- Follow company safety, security, and handling procedures for precious jewellery items.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling valuable stock.
- Assist the team with day-to-day operational and inventory-related tasks.

Candidate Profile:

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management is preferred.
- Ability to handle valuable and precious items responsibly.
- Basic computer and record-maintenance skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in the jewellery, gold, diamond, luxury retail, inventory, warehouse, or quality control industry will be preferred.
