Roles and Responsibilities

- Read drawings, understand specifications, and prepare for Production, erection commissioning of equipment.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.

- Manage manpower effectively by allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Develop daily production plans based on available resources and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Conduct cost management analysis to optimize production costs without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Solid skills in Daily Production Planning, Erection Commissioning, Drawing Reading, Planning Engineering, Project Scheduling.

- Conveyor/Material handling systems/sheet metal fabrication.

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

- 5-10 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field (Mechanical Engineering).
