Job Purpose:

Responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers for Business Loan products, achieving business targets, and building strong relationships with SME/MSME clients.

- Acquire new customers for Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other SME lending products.
- Generate leads through open market sourcing, referrals, connectors, CA channels, DSA/DST network, and existing customer references.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business disbursement targets.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand funding requirements and propose suitable loan solutions.
- Ensure collection of complete customer documentation and coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely processing.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Adhere to KYC, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
