Job Title: Healthcare Implementation and Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Implementation and Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, support, and implementation services to healthcare customers, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of our healthcare software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement healthcare software solutions, including setup, configuration, and testing

- Provide technical support and assistance to healthcare customers via phone, email, or in office visits

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, data integration, and workflow optimization

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

- Develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT)





- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support customer onboarding and adoption

- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and suggest improvements

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation and support

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HIS/EMR implementation or support.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and medical terminology

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills

- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs), practice management systems (PMS), and other healthcare software solutions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
