- Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions through data analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex databases, data pipelines, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code reviews, testing scripts, and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Data Scientist Manager or similar role.
- Robust expertise in machine learning algorithms, including supervised/unsupervised methods such as regression/clustering/classification etc. .
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python with hands-on experience working on large datasets using SQL queries.
