- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to Linux operating systems and Java applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using SQL queries and shell scripting skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems and ability to work on command line interfaces (CLI).
- Proficiency in writing efficient shell scripts using various programming languages such as Python or Perl.
- Experience working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
