We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions for telecom and networking use cases. The ideal candidate should have a solid software engineering background, hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, and mandatory exposure to the telecom domain.
This role requires engineers who can bridge customer requirements with cutting-edge AI technologies, build production-ready solutions, and deploy them in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for document search and knowledge retrieval.
Develop AI-powered backend services using Python and FastAPI.
Design and implement document ingestion, embedding, indexing, and semantic search pipelines.
Work directly with customers to understand business problems and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and telecom platforms.
Develop and deploy applications using cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes.
Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, observability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Customer Success.
Mandatory Skills
Telecom Domain (Mandatory)
Candidates without Telecom or Networking domain experience will not be considered.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience building backend services using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
Prompt Engineering.
OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs.
AI Agents / Agentic AI.
