Job Description

Alpha Group of Institutions is inviting applications from qualified, passionate, and experienced English Teachers for TGT positions across our CBSE schools.

Eligibility Criteria

TGT English

- UG in English Literature
- B.Ed is mandatory
- Minimum 25 years of teaching experience
- Experience in CBSE and/or Cambridge curriculum preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons aligned with CBSE / Cambridge curriculum
- Plan lessons, assessments, and instructional strategies to meet learning objectives
- Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and observations
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students’ language development, reading, writing, and communication skill.
- Participate in academic planning, training programs, and school events




- Maintain academic records and collaborate with parents and colleagues

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong subject knowledge in English Language & Literature
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Student-centric teaching approach
- Familiarity with activity-based and experiential learning methods
- Willingness to adapt to school culture and academic standards
