About the Role

Client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead the global Human Resources function and act as a key business partner to the executive leadership team. This is a leadership role responsible for shaping and driving enterprise-wide HR strategy, building a high-performing HR organization, leveraging AI-powered HR technologies, and fostering a culture that supports global growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and compliance across multiple practices and geographies, while ensuring an exceptional employee experience, operational excellence, and solid stakeholder partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute the global HR strategy aligned with current and future business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end HR function, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality people programs and initiatives.
- Build scalable HR frameworks and structures to support rapid business growth and evolving workforce demands.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and business heads to shape organizational design and workforce plans.

Business Partnership

- Work closely with Delivery, Practice Leaders, and Leadership teams to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR plans.
- Participate in regular business review meetings to provide people updates, address workforce challenges, and recommend strategic solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and employee relations.

HR Analytics & Reporting

- Establish and monitor HR metrics including attrition, employee engagement, span of control, cost per hire, and workforce productivity.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities,



providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Present weekly and monthly HR dashboards and executive reports to senior leadership.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR business partners and specialists responsible for supporting multiple business units.
- Define KRAs and KPIs for the HR team and drive a high-performance culture through regular coaching, performance reviews, and capability development.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the HR organization.

Talent Management & Development

- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing programs across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-potential talent and design targeted development interventions.
- Design and implement learning and development programs that build critical skills and capabilities.

Compensation, Benefits & Rewards

- Design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs aligned with market benchmarks.
- Lead annual compensation review cycles, promotions, and incentive plans in partnership with Finance and Leadership.
- Ensure pay equity, transparency, and compliance with local labor regulations across geographies.

HR Operations Excellence

- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, transfers, and exits.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and best practices to ensure operational excellence and consistent service delivery.
- Ensure policy compliance, statutory adherence, data accuracy,



and superior employee experience while meeting defined turnaround times (TAT).

Culture, Engagement & Employer Branding

- Champion initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and workplace wellbeing.
- Drive employer branding initiatives across digital platforms, professional networks, and social media.
- Manage external HR partners and vendors, conducting regular performance reviews and ensuring quality, responsiveness, and cost efficiency.

AI-Driven HR Transformation

- Drive the adoption of AI-powered HR platforms, automation, and analytics to improve HR efficiency, employee experience, and decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate emerging HR technologies and implement innovative people practices to enhance organizational outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA or MHRM preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant leadership experience managing large HR teams.
- Proven success in leading HR functions for global organizations, preferably within SAP, ERP, Analytics, AI, Cloud, or Technology consulting environments.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled HR tools, HR automation, and people analytics.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits design, talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple business functions and global geographies.
