We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for Fire Fighting and ELV projects while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Fire Fighting and ELV materials from approved vendors.
- Float RFQs and evaluate quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Issue Purchase Orders.
- Track deliveries and coordinate logistics.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure procurement within project timelines.
- Coordinate with project, stores, finance, and accounts teams.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Commerce.
Experience
- 5 to10 years in procurement for MEP, Fire Fighting, or ELV projects.
