Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EMR, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide input on technical decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in Java development with expertise in React.JS.
- Robust understanding of AWS services including S3, Lambda, EMR, etc.
- Experience leading or managing a team of developers is essential.
