We are a recent frozen seafood company from Chennai launching our own brand. We make frozen breaded shrimp and other ready-to-cook seafood for hotels, restaurants, caterers and cloud kitchens. We are hiring our first salesperson for Chennai.

Role:

- Open new HORECA accounts across Chennai: hotels, pan-Asian restaurants, barbecue chains, cloud kitchens, caterers

- Full sales cycle: sampling, chef demo, rate finalisation, repeat orders, payment follow up

- Build relationships with chefs, purchase managers and F&B; managers

- Appoint and manage frozen food distributors where required

- Run sampling and demo activities personally, attend trade events

- Weekly reporting to the founder

Requirement:

- 3-7 years B2B food/beverage sales,



minimum 2 years selling to HORECA

- Existing chef and purchase manager contacts in Chennai

- Tamil + working English, own two wheeler, field role

- Any graduate, MBA not required

Salary: 5-7 LPA fixed + target incentives (15-25% of fixed) + petrol/travel allowance + phone reimbursement. First sales hire, direct growth path to ASM.
