Associate Director - Training (RCM)(15+yrs)

The Associate Director -Training is responsible for leading the learning and development function for US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs that enhance employee performance, compliance, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction across the revenue cycle. The individual will collaborate with operations, quality, compliance, and client stakeholders to develop a high-performing workforce aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute the training strategy for US Healthcare RCM operations.
- Align learning initiatives with business objectives, client requirements, and operational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop training managers, trainers, and instructional designers.
- Establish training governance, frameworks, and standard operating procedures.

Learning & Development

- Design and implement onboarding, process, compliance, leadership, and refresher training programs.
- Develop role-based learning paths for various RCM functions.
- Ensure training content remains current with payer regulations, healthcare policies, and client-specific requirements.

Performance Improvement

- Analyze training effectiveness through performance metrics, quality scores, productivity measures, and business outcomes.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development interventions.
- Partner with operations leaders to improve employee proficiency and reduce ramp-up time.

Compliance & Quality

- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer policies, and organizational compliance standards.




- Support audit readiness and regulatory training requirements.
- Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to address process deficiencies.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Operations, HR, Quality, Transition, and Client Services teams.
- Present training performance dashboards and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Participate in client meetings and support training-related commitments.

Technology & Innovation

- Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Introduce innovative learning methodologies, including e-learning, microlearning, simulations, and AI-enabled learning tools.
- Track learning analytics and generate actionable insights.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Deep expertise across the full RCM lifecycle (Intake, EV, PA, Billing, AR).
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer rules.
- Excellent client engagement, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Track record in process improvement, automation, and operational transformation.
- Strategic mindset with strong decisionmaking and people leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 15+ years of overall US healthcare RCM operations experience.
- 7+ years in leadership roles managing managers and large delivery teams.
