Role & responsibilities

- Lead and guide a team of sales professionals in the Immigration Sales Department.
- Personally handle complex or high-value client deals to ensure satisfaction and conversions.
- Monitor changes to immigration regulations and guide the team on positioning and offerings.
- Support recruitment for the sales team and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Actively engage in sales activities including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Drive the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.




- Hands-on experience with Australia PR and Canada PR visa processes.
