Role & responsibilities

- Identify and procure outdoor advertising inventory across Chennai and other cities.
- Build relationships with media owners and landowners.
- Negotiate rental, display and procurement costs.
- Source recent hoarding and branding opportunities.
- Conduct site inspections and assess visibility.
- Verify legal approvals, ownership and documentation.
- Maintain media inventory database with photos, GPS and commercial details.
- Coordinate with Operations for campaign execution.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate vendor commercials.
- Monitor media availability, occupancy and renewals.
- Analyze traffic, audience profile and site visibility.
- Prepare media plans and inventory recommendations.
- Achieve procurement cost savings and inventory expansion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in OOH, Advertising, Media or Real Estate.
- Knowledge of hoardings, unipoles, bus shelters and transit media.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Two-wheeler with valid licence preferred.
