Strong experience in DataPower service configuration for SOAP, REST, XML, JSON.

Hands-on expertise in firmware upgrade planning, execution, and post-upgrade validation

Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates, key stores, crypto profiles, and domain-level security objects

Experience in migrating DataPower configurations from on-prem to cloud or hybrid environments.

Knowledge of Network, DNS, firewall, and load balancer dependencies.

Experience in domain migration, service migration, and environment promotion across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.

Hands-on experience in performance tuning and latency analysis for DataPower services

Good understanding of log targets, error reporting, probe usage, and transaction tracing

Experience integrating DataPower with IBM MQ, backend APIs, web services.

Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as LDAP, OAuth, and basic auth

Valuable Knowledge on Monitoring tools - Dynatrace and Splunk

Ready to support 24x7 operations, incident handling, and root cause analysis and ON-Call.
