Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise platform products. The ideal candidate will have strong product management expertise, experience with large-scale e-commerce platforms, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage product roadmap, priorities, and platform capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end feature delivery from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and Business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and customer needs.
- Drive product strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage platform integrations, APIs, and scalable product solutions.
- Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech degree required; MBA preferred.




- 810 years of Product Management experience, preferably in enterprise platform products.
- Experience managing multi-country e-commerce platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Hybris is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of platform architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalable system design.
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritization, and feature execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven workplace.
