Position Summary

The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role ensures high availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise systems while supporting business-critical applications and services.

General Responsibilities

- Monitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and respond proactively to alerts.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes.
- Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, security,



and compliance with organizational standards.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, hardware replacement, and software support.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for infrastructure-related issues.
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in on-call support, maintenance activities, and planned change windows as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure services that meet business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology (preferred).
- Any bachelor degree with relevant domain Experience minimum 3 years.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle, VMware, Microsoft, Linux, or Storage technologies.
- Experience working in IT field environments and following ITIL processes.
- L1 Infrastructure Support Engineer

Experience: 1-3 Years

- L2 Infrastructure Support Engineer

Experience: 3-7 Years
