Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute apartment, tech park and mall activations.
- Coordinate BTL campaigns and on-ground promotions.
- Handle site branding, hoardings and fabrication projects.
- Manage event setup and dismantling.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Supervise promoters, installers and field staff.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure execution quality.
- Arrange logistics, materials and manpower.
- Capture execution photos/videos and submit reports.
- Track inventory, event assets and campaign expenses.
- Resolve in office issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure projects are completed on time.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Advertising, Events, BTL or Outdoor Media.
- Willing to travel across Chennai.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
