Role & responsibilities

- Define company vision and growth strategy
- Own P&L; and overall financial performance
- Drive business development (land acquisition, JVs, expansion)
- Oversee sales, marketing, and project execution
- Manage fundraising and investor relations
- Ensure RERA/legal compliance across projects
- Build and lead senior management team
- Manage key stakeholders (govt, landowners, contractors)
- Report to Board on performance and strategy

Preferred candidate profile

- 1520+ years in real estate, 5+ years in CEO/COO/Director role
- Background in real estate development, or consulting (JLL/CBRE type)
- Proven P&L; ownership and business scaling experience
- Strong in land acquisition, JV/JDA, and RERA compliance
- Experience in fundraising and investor relations
- Robust leadership and team-building track record
- Good network with landowners, government bodies, and investors
- MBA preferred; entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
