Job Title: Accounts Manager Real Estate Construction

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with 12 years of experience in real estate construction finance. The role involves managing the accounting and finance functions for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in real estate accounting, good analytical skills, and experience managing a small accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare project-wise financial statements, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other taxes.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
- Handle cash flow management, vendor payments, and receivables.




- Maintain and update accounting records in ERP systems or accounting software.
- Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with project teams, procurement, and operations for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Commerce Graduate with relevant experience.
- 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in real estate construction.
- Solid knowledge of real estate accounting standards, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
