Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain machine components such as bearings, gears, shafts, ball screws, linear guides, conveyors, and lubrication systems.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement activities.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and ensure TPM, 5S, and safety compliance.
- Required Skills:

- 38 years of experience in SPM maintenance.
- Robust knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot machine assemblies.
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Kaizen, RCA, and maintenance documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
