Role Overview: Senior Associate Demand Generation will function as a strategic contributor aligned to a specific Business Unit/region, owning vertical & horizontal focused demand creation, account intelligence, and sales enablement. The role requires deep collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and internal demand generation teams to drive qualified pipeline, opportunities, and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Own vertical-focused demand generation strategy, including conceptualization and leadership of high-impact initiatives aligned to BU growth priorities.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to design and execute demand programs that enable initiation and expansion of strategic conversations through Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and opportunities.
• Drive account-based demand planning, working with internal demand generation and marketing teams to:
• Identify and prioritize target accounts
• Define prospect lists and buying personas
• Align offerings and solutions per account
• Establish clear go-to-market (GTM) approaches
Preferred candidate profile
• Qualification: BE- Any discipline, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: Postgraduate (preferably MBA) with at least 5-8 years of experience in Services Solution selling/ Tech Product Selling.
• Candidate needs to have a very valuable understanding of the IT industry
• Excellent communication (non-negotiable)
• Excellent MS office skills
• Consulting skills Be able to identify customer problems and come up with solutions
