Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site discipline.
- Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct site measurements and verify bills/invoices where required.
- Support senior management with planning and execution strategies.
- Continuously learn and adopt new construction methods, materials,



and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 25 years of relevant site execution experience (Freshers with solid potential may also apply).
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
- Strong Client and Vendor management.
- Strong negotiation skill
- Honesty is a Virtue
- Ability to read drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / AutoCAD is an added advantage.
