Key Responsibilities
1) Customer Onboarding & Adoption
Guide new customers through the onboarding processunderstanding their maintenance operations, workflows, and goals.
Assist in system setup, data preparation, and training to ensure smooth adoption of the CMMS platform.
2) Customer Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with maintenance leaders, facility managers, and operations teams.
Act as a strategic partner to help them streamline processes using the product.
3) Product & Process Understanding




Learn the CMMS platform deeply and explain features, benefits, and best practices in simple, business-friendly terms.
Analyze customer data to help them improve asset performance, preventive maintenance, and work order efficiency.
4) Retention & Growth
Ensure customers experience measurable value that drives renewals.
Identify opportunities to expand usage or introduce additional modules based on customer needs.
5) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve issues and communicate customer feedback.
Help shape the product roadmap through insights gathered from client interactions.
