Role & responsibilities

- Prepare project costing and cost sheets
- Budgeting and variance analysis
- Prepare CMA data/reports for bank loans
- Monitor project profitability and cost control
- Cash flow forecasting and fund management
- MIS reporting to management
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for audits and cost allocation
- Support pricing decisions with cost analysis

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) / ICWA; MBA Finance also considered
- Experience: 2 - 4 years, preferably in real estate/construction industry costing
- Knowledge: Project costing, budgeting, CMA data preparation, GST/TDS
- Skills: Robust analytical ability, Excel/Tally/ERP proficiency, MIS reporting
- Other: Experience in bank loan documentation (CMA data) and cost control for construction projects preferred
- Soft skills: Attention to detail, coordination with cross-functional teams, deadline-driven
