Job Description

We are looking for experienced Axway MFT professionals to join our growing integration team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Axway Secure Transport (ST), Managed File Transfer (MFT), secure file transfer protocols, production support, and enterprise integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain secure file transfer solutions using Axway Secure Transport (ST).
- Configure and support file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, SSH, and SCP.
- Configure partner onboarding, routing, scheduling, encryption/decryption, and secure file transfer workflows.
- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain Axway Secure Transport environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Troubleshoot transfer failures, SSL/TLS certificate issues, firewall connectivity, authentication, and performance bottlenecks.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, SSH keys, SSL certificates, PGP encryption, and security configurations.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell, Python, or PowerShell to simplify operational activities.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Design and review architecture diagrams, connectivity models, firewall requirements, and secure integration solutions.




- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Support High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), platform monitoring, and system health checks.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Review technical designs for recent file transfer workflows and partner onboarding activities.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Axway MFT solutions and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Drive automation initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) where applicable.
