We are seeking a Lead Analyst/Sr. Analyst – NetSuite to lead and Manage NetSuite implementation,
optimization, and support of NetSuite ERP solutions. This role involves working closely with cross functional teams to enhance business processes, manage system configurations, and provide functional
expertise. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of NetSuite
modules, and experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

*NetSuite Implementation & Configuration
*Lead end to end NetSuite implementation, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite ERP based on
business needs.
*Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into system requirements, and
document functional specifications.
*Manage system upgrades, new module implementations, and process automation.
*Business Process Improvement
*Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to streamline workflows.
*Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
*Configure NetSuite modules, Develop reports, dashboards,



and saved searches to support data-driven
decision-making.
*Conduct System testing, UAT and train end-users on NetSuite functionality.
*Provide post Go-Live support and troubleshoot issues.
*Functional Support
*Act as a subject matter expert for NetSuite, resolving system issues and providing technical guidance.
*Assist with user training, documentation, and ongoing system maintenance.
*Troubleshoot NetSuite-related problems and coordinate with NetSuite Support as needed.
*Support data migration.
*Maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

*Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
*4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, preferably in an analyst or administrator role.
*Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory,
*Procurement, Manufacturing and CRM.
*Knowledge of NetSuite reporting tools and SQL queries.
*NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant) are preferred.
*Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

*Experience working with multinational companies and multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments.
*Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial processes.
*Project management experience in ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
*Preferred to work on shifts and travel onsite/client place.
