Interior Project Manager - Turnkey Interiors

Job Summary

RGL DECORS is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Interior Project Manager to lead the execution of premium residential, commercial, corporate, and retail interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from site handover through final completion, ensuring exceptional quality, on-time delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple turnkey interior projects simultaneously while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of turnkey interior projects from site handover to final handover.
- Plan, schedule,Accounts and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Procurement, Production, and Execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, site engineers, supervisors, and labour teams.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project quality, workmanship, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Review BOQs, material requirements, and procurement schedules to avoid execution delays.
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other service teams.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide progress updates.
- Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Verify measurements, billing quantities, and work completion status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.




- Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in turnkey interior project execution.
- Proven experience handling premium residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, project planning, finishing works, and quality control.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting, material planning, and cost monitoring.
- Hands-on experience coordinating MEP, civil, and finishing activities.
- Strong vendor, subcontractor, and workforce management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera will be an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel across project sites in Chennai.
