Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Outbound, North America

Summary:
We are looking for high-energy, outcome-focused & result-oriented Sales Development
Representatives (SDRs) to drive outbound prospecting for the North American Client
market.
You will be responsible for identifying qualified leads, initiating conversations, and scheduling
meetings with key decision-makers for our leadership team.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys meaningful
dialogue, and wants to make a direct impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to prospects in the US and
Canada
Initiate and lead conversations with decision-makers to uncover pain points and fit
Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria
Schedule discovery meetings for senior leadership with high-potential leads
Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes in the CRM
Weekly productivity reports to be submitted to track/monitor/plan sales activities
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified
opportunities

Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in outbound sales or pre-sales, preferably targeting the North
American client market




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven success in booking/confirming qualified meetings with CXO Level peer group
Comfortable engaging with Mid-to Senior-level business Stakeholders
Familiarity with CRMs and outbound sales tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO, tech-enabled
services, or digital design industries
Minimum of 5 years prior exposure to US/Canada client conversations
Minimum of 5 years experience supporting founders or C-level executives in a sales capacity
Excellent verbal & written English competency

Shift Timing:
Night Shift - Working Hours: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am / 8:00 PM to 5:00 am IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Following the US Annual Holiday Calendar
Aligning with North American business hours
This is an On-site position, and there is no WFH/Hybrid option available.
Location: Perungudi, OMR, Chennai
