Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Home Health Coding QA professionals for the Process Coach role. If you have a strong quality background, excellent coaching skills, and expertise in Home Health Coding, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality audits and provide constructive feedback to Home Health Coders.
- Coach and mentor coders to improve coding accuracy and productivity.
- Deliver focused training sessions based on quality findings and coding updates.
- Ensure compliance with Home Health coding guidelines, OASIS documentation, and client-specific requirements.
- Analyze quality trends and support continuous process improvement initiatives.




- Collaborate with Team Leads and Operations to drive quality excellence.

Eligibility:

- 37 years of experience in Home Health Coding.
- Current or previous experience as a Quality Analyst (QA).
- BCHHC Certification is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines, OASIS, PDGM, and Home Health documentation.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
