Position: E-Verify & I-9 (Senior/Lead)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 3 - 6years (US Process Experience Mandatory)

Geography: United States

Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Case Submission: Create E-Verify cases within three business days of an employee's start date.
- Form I-9 Auditing: Review Form I-9 documents for accuracy, completeness, and acceptable photo identification.
- Mismatch Resolution: Guide employees through Tentative Non confirmation (TNC) processes privately and legally.
- Compliance Monitoring: Display required federal posters and track case statuses to prevent expiration deadlines.
- Data Security: Safeguard personally identifiable information (PII) according to strict privacy regulations.




- System Administration: Manage user accounts, update company profiles, and pull monthly compliance reports

- Valuable understanding of the US E-Verify and I-9 documentation process and compliance
