Job Overview

Assured Health Technologies is a leading organization specializing in U.S. Healthcare Provider Credentialing, Payor Enrollment, and Licensing services. We partner with healthcare organizations, physician groups, and MSOs to ensure providers are accurately enrolled and credentialed across multiple payors, maintaining compliance and efficiency at every step. Candidates with experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Denials Management, or International Voice Process in U.S. Healthcare are also encouraged to apply, as relevant training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Payor Enrollment process for healthcare providers including Initial Enrollment, Revalidation, and Demographic Updates
- Prepare and submit applications to Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors as per specific state and plan guidelines
- Update and maintain provider information across CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals
- Verify provider licenses, certifications, NPIs,



and insurance details before submission
- Track application status, follow up with payors for pending enrollments, and document communication updates
- Work closely with the Credentialing, Licensing, and Quality teams to ensure data consistency.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of U.S. Healthcare processes.
- Knowledge of Payer Enrollment / Provider Credentialing / AR / Denials will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with payers.

Eligibility

- Experience: 1 - 5 years in U.S. Healthcare (Payer Enrollment / AR / Denials / International Voice Process).
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience with tools such as CAQH, NPI Registry, PECOS will be an added advantage.
