Project Manager IS/IT (IT Infrastructure)

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead IS/IT projects in the area of IT Infrastructure, supporting diverse business domains including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and corporate functions. This role requires strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of IT infrastructure design, and the ability to validate business requests with technical feasibility. The PM must act as the bridge between Business and IT (local and corporate), ensuring alignment and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Infrastructure Leadership: Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects across multiple business domains.
- Business Request Validation: Review and validate business requirements against IT infrastructure design standards.
- Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with key suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and compliance in infrastructure solutions.
- PM Tools Expertise: Apply tools such as MS Project, JIRA, SAP, or equivalent for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify risks, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and implement mitigation strategies.




- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, IT, and corporate teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear and timely updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure design and architecture.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Hands-on experience with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP, Trello).
- Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between business and IT.
- Ability to drive projects independently, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
