We are looking for a Voice Coach to train and improve the communication skills of agents handling international customers. The role includes voice & accent training, pronunciation coaching, call evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in Voice & Accent Training within BPO/International Process
- Robust coaching, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of phonetics, accent neutralization, and customer service standards
Experience: 2–5 years
Shift: General/UK, 5days
